1/8 of a 16-18 month old steer, with no hormones or steroids of any kind were given to our steers. They are USDA checked and scaled.

2 Filets, 3 New York Strips, 2 Sirloins, 2 Chuck Roasts, Sirloin Tip Roast, 25 pounds of Ground Beef, and either a Arm or a  Rump Roast.
